Goods may be returned by either bringing the item back to our Trade Counter in Mitcheldean or by post at the Customer’s expense (by prior arrangement). Once we have received the returned item and it has been checked then we shall make arrangements to refund monies. Where an item is faulty then please contact us to make other arrangements. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Any damages or shortages must be reported to the Company in writing or by email within 3 working days.
Goods must be received back in the manufacturer’s original packaging.
Goods specifically manufactured to order can only be returned at the Company’s discretion.
